Monthly Feng Shui: November 2017

Remedies & Enhancements for November 7 – December 6

Energy moves in cycles. Just as the annual energy shifts each year, monthly energy plays an even more frequent game of musical chairs. By tweaking our feng shui on a monthly basis we can harness the potential for auspicious energy and reduce the impact of potential inauspicious energy.

Inner Chi Clients: Do NOT add Fire elements (lighting) or Water elements (features or fountains) if your 2017 Annual Energy Feng Shui report explicitly says No RED/Fire or No Water in that gua/area.

CenterThe energy that visits the center of buildings affects everyone in the home or business. It has the most effect on each person’s well-being, energy balance and relationship harmony.

The visiting energy this month brings the potential for prosperity and an abundance of all good things. Look forward to unexpected checks in the mail and monetary gifts, increased income and business revenue, new clients and friends, improved health and personal wellbeing, balance in your life and harmony in your relationships.

Enhance the potential for more wealth, better health and happier relationships with a water feature in the center of your home/building. Keep the lights on.

NorthThe energy that visits the North affects Water elements, middle aged men, elders and fetuses. It has the most effect on our career and life path.

The visiting energy this month brings the potential for romance and travel. You may also have more creativity and want to channel some of that creative energy into writing, art, crafts, music, etc. You might have some scholastic achievement or business success. You may even meet someone new, go on a new adventure or learn something new!

Enhance these potentials by adding something new to this area. Fresh flowers like you would receive from a new lover. A fresh journal to take notes about whatever dream, creative ideas or new information you are learning. A new educational or entrepreneurial book that you can enjoy reading in this space. A handwritten intention about somewhere you’d like to visit, even for just a weekend.

NortheastThe energy that visits the Northeast affects Mountain Earth elements, middle aged people and the youngest son. It has the most effect on our spirituality and self-cultivation, skillsets and personal development.

The visiting energy this month brings the potential for sickness and/or separation. You may get sick or have a series of unexpected bills become due. If your bedroom is in the Northeast, please consider sleeping in another room or area until December 7th to protect your health. If you normally enter your home through the NE, use a different entrance until December 7th.

Remedy these potentials by adding some more metal to this area. Avoid as much as possible.

EastThe energy that visits the East gua affects Hard Wood elements, children 0-6 and the eldest son. It has the most effect on our health and family relationships.

The visiting energy this month brings the potential for power and authority. It’s like having an easy button, a genie in a bottle or a magic wand.

Enhance the potential for money, success and wish fulfillment with flowers, crystals and lights.

SoutheastThe energy that visits the Southeast gua affects Soft Wood elements, teens and the eldest daughter. It has the most effect on our wealth and prosperity, cash flow and business income.

The visiting energy brings the potential for robberies and injuries. Be vigilant about fraud in your business and finances. This metal energy may encourage lying, verbal abuse and arguments. Avoid minor irritants and little hurts by choosing not to take anything personally, especially name calling. Avoid the Southeast when having conversations with people so they don’t end up turning into an argument.

Remedy these potentials by adding water.

SouthThe energy that visits the South gua affects Fire elements and middle-aged women. It has the most effect on our fame and fortune, reputation and recognition, bonuses and blessings

The visiting energy this month brings the potential for whining and complaining. This energy may aggravate angry people or encourage slanderous gossip. Avoid the South area when having conversations on the phone or in person. This wood energy may light a fire under those with a long to do list. It may also inspire a passionate response to stimulus or fierce reaction to an experience.

Remedy these potentials by adding some more metal to reduce angry outburst, short tempers and out of character rage.

SouthwestThe energy that visits the Southwest gua affects Mother Earth elements and all women, especially those who are wives and mothers. It has the most effect on our romantic relationships and business partnerships.

The visiting energy this month brings the potential for obstacles and delays. If your front door, bedroom or office is in the Southwest don’t be surprised if you struggle to get things done or even started. Other effects include, getting lost, losing things, forgetting where you’ve put things and even lethargy and fatigue.

Remedy these potentials by adding metal. Keep quiet, if possible.

WestThe energy that visits the West affects Soft Metal elements, children 7-12 and the youngest daughter. It has the most effect on our creativity and our children’s health and well-being.

The visiting energy this month bring the potential for wealth and fame. Great for increasing income and career opportunities.

Enhance these potentials with metal. Fill a crystal bowl with coins and place your business card on top.

NorthwestThe energy that visits the Northwest affects Hard Metal elements, men who are husbands and fathers, seniors who are retired and all major breadwinners/head of households. It has the most effect on our ability to help others or ask and receive help from others. It also affects travel of any kind, moving, planning trips or vacations and opportunities for tourism and travel.

The visiting energy this month increases the permanent and annual energy in the Northwest of your home, office or building. Men who are the primary provider for their families should take especially good care of their health, especially their digestion.

Remedy these potentials by adding more metal.

Feng shui your home and business for the month. Set intentions for what you would like to receive even if you only do it in your journal. Write down what you are grateful for, place a glass gratitude jar in the center of your space and fill it up with notes of gratitude.

Have a prosperous month, abundant life and truly Happy Thanksgiving!
