Welcome to Inner Chi Mastery’s self-study course, Mastering Your Intuition!

Everyone has an intuitive knowing about what is true. Trusting your intuition comes with practice, experience and being willing to KNOW what you know. Once you do, you’ll be able to make good decisions for yourself and honor what is true for you!

In this course, you’ll be learning to trust your intuition by practicing muscle testing. Then, you’ll be applying your muscle testing skills to clear stored, trapped or inherited emotions. After the final lesson, I’ll guide you through an Emotion Clearing Session.

 

LESSON ONE

Muscle Testing

Let’s start with knowing what is true by learning and mastering muscle testing. Our bodies know the truth. Muscle testing will build confidence in yourself and trust in your intuition. Eventually, you will have an inner knowing you can access without having to ask, use tools or do checks.

You can use muscle testing, a pendulum or a feeling of light/heavy to help you determine what is true. You’ll be learning and practicing all of these methods so you can find a technique that works best for you!

 

Assignment 1

  • Read a book on muscle testing. The book on muscle testing I recommend (linked below) is free on Kindle Unlimited.

  • Select a muscle testing technique that works for you.

Assignment 2

  • Download the The Emotion Code® app. It’s free!

  • Read the first two chapters of The Emotion Code® in the app. Or, listen to the audio recording of the author, Dr. Bradley Nelson. We’ll be using this Emotion Clearing method to practice muscle testing.

  • Get a copy of the book and continue reading The Emotion Code. The book is free on Kindle Unlimited and 1 credit on Audible.

 

Assignment 3

  • If you feel ready and have time you may begin clearing emotions utilizing your new skill, muscle testing.

  • Follow the steps in the book and use the charts in the app to begin clearing stored/trapped/inherited emotions and hidden heart walls.

  • Work on yourself and others, if you like.

  • Clear up to 3 emotions every 3 days.

  • Keep a journal of your emotion clearing sessions on yourself and others.

  • I recommend following @elizabeth.a.clark.ms on IG and watching her videos on Truth Testing.

  • Below is a Quick Reference Guide for Muscle Testing to store on your phone.
